As we all are descendants of immigrants, there is an understanding of acceptance and a transition of welcome that should occur for all new immigrants.

However, like most of our ancestors there was a process and those now should follow a process. We as a state should not condone nor create a duel process for testing and licensing.

No special favors should be made in Maryland. We welcome you, but we welcome you to follow the rules and be here legally. No special favors.
